Where our website collects personal data:

2.1 Online shop

Both, the registration and use of a customer account as well as guest ordering in our online shop require entering personal data. Customer data is exclusively collected, processed, stored and used to process orders. In addition, such data may be transmitted to third party enterprises for order handling purposes (e.g. logistics provider).

2.2 Newsletter

By giving your consent you can subscribe to our newsletter.

2.3 Contact form

Using our contact form requires entering your title, first and last name, e-mail address as well as to send a message. The collected data, however, will be merely stored for communication purposes and transmitted to our customer service as unencrypted e-mail.

2.4 Use of blog feature

Our blog, where we post information on our products, gives you the chance to leave public comments. Any comment left by you will show your user name. We therefore recommend using an alias instead of your real name. Required will be your user name and e-mail address while all other information is optional. After each comment, your IP address will be stored, but is then erased by us within a week. This storage is required for us in order to defend ourselves against liability claims in the event of publications of illegal content. We need your e-mail address so we are able to contact you in case any third party should object to your comments as unlawful, the legal basis being Art. 6 para 1 sentence 1 lit. b and f GDPR. Comments will not be reviewed prior to publication. We reserve the right to delete comments if objected by third parties as unlawful.
